3-D Motion Analysis
In partnership with Omega Sport and Rehab in Thousand Oaks, complimentary analysis of strength, stability, and mobility. Using this information, I will design a training plan to address and fix any weaknesses in your running mechanics.
Strength Training Plan
One of the keys to being able to run faster and injury free is increasing strength. You will receive a personalized strength plan that incorporates a combination of body weight/resistance band strength, weights, and plyometrics.
Run Training Plan
Taking into account any injury history or work-life balance, I will design a training plan to maximize development that fits with your busy life schedule. Training program is designed week-to-week based on real-time progress, not pre-packaged coaching plans.
Biomechanics/Form Analysis
No matter how hard you train, you will not progress and will likely be injured if you run with poor form. I will assess your running mechanics and develop a drill program to teach better running mechanics.
